To login to your e-mail, enter your Username and Password.
Your Username is: firstname.lastnameMMDD
where MM = month of birth and DD = day of birth.
Example the username for John Smith born on June 7th will be: john.smith0607
(Remember to include a leading zero for single digit months and days)
Your Password format is: NNN&SSS
where NNN = the last 3 digits of your student number and SSS = the last 3 digits of your social security number
Example, if John Smith's student number is 41111 and has a social security number of 987-65-4329. The password would be 111&329
NOTE: Student full e-mail address is: firstname.lastnameMMDD@student.linnstate.edu The "@student.linnstate.edu" isn't required for login purposes.
This email account is NOT intended to be a replacement for a student's personal email account
such as a free account from Yahoo or MSN.
This email account is intended to be a temporary means of communication between faculty/staff and the student
for up to 180 days after the student has graduated or the student is no longer enrolled.
After that time, the email account will be DISABLED and will no longer be accessible to the student.
